While operating the &ldquo;Python X&rdquo; machine the Burner Operator is responsible for ensuring that quality products are produced safely and efficiently by setting up, operating, and performing basic programming tasks related to burner systems. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to utilize various measuring tools in accordance with the material being produced to ensure quality and accuracy.<br>
<strong>Job Summary</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Work Order Processing</strong>: Review and interpret CAD drawings and work order documents to verify material will be produce per specifications.
&#9;<li><strong>CNC Programming</strong>: Program the CNC computer according to work order instructions. 
&#9;<li><strong>Additional Duties</strong>: Perform other tasks as assigned to support production efficiency and safety
&#9;<li><strong>Exhibit excellent utilization while using a tape measuring, angle irons or other measuring devices to ensure accuracy of produced parts </strong>
</ul>
All candidates considered will be given a skills test on the day of the interview to gauge their familiarity with measuring produced parts.<br>

            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Job Purpose:</strong> The Module Coordinator is primarily responsible for Shipping and Receiving activities at the warehouse. This includes transfers between the plant and the warehouse in both directions. They will be active in supporting all SAP transactions for material movements and the management of inventory in the warehouse. This person will also perform the SAP consumptions and movements associated with the flow of materials for the creation of modules. Additionally, they will be responsible for performing quality inspections on modules and shells produced by the company.<br>

&#9;<li>Communicate regularly with logistics department to prioritize orders and work for the day.
&#9;<li>Receive material in SAP, make labels and scan materials to the appropriate row. 
&#9;<li>Communicate with plant for the scheduling of pickups and drop offs of materials and catalysts as appropriate. Escalating issues when scheduling is not followed.

&#9;<li>Collaborate with other logistics, warehouse and sales team members to create innovative solutions to track inventory, complete accurate cycle counts, and comply with standard operating procedures in addition to best practices. 
&#9;<li>Scanning materials in and out of warehouse in a timely manner.
&#9;<li>Scrap flow out of warehouse and production back to the plant including SAP transactions.
&#9;<li>API inventories and cycle counts.
&#9;<li>Goods Receipt all module related shipments produced on site per completion of module inspections and completed packing lists.

<br><strong>Goal of Function</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Safely operate equipment and perform all tasks necessary to ensure high quality production of OPS products within the facility.</li>

</ul>

<br><strong>Duties/Responsibilities</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Follow all required EHS and Quality related requirements within the production facility</li>
&#9;<li>Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures) of OPS operations. </li>
&#9;<li>Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed. </li>
&#9;<li>Responsible for inspecting product during production, ensuring that production equipment is functioning correctly and maximizing utilization.</li>
&#9;<li>Report any potential issue with production equipment, quality, or anything that affects EHS policy.</li>
&#9;<li>Complete daily production report detailing: hours worked, material mixed or produced, utilization of equipment</li>
&#9;<li>Complete daily inspection and reports for Forklift and/or hoist inspections. </li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Schedule</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Rotating day/night 12-hour shift schedule- every two weeks</li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Required qualifications</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience dealing with Chemicals</li>
&#9;<li>Minimum High School degree or GED, AA Process Technology or related degree preferred</li>
&#9;<li>Stable chemical or manufacturing employment history.</li>
&#9;<li>Meet&nbsp;employment requirements for background checks and drug testing.</li>

&#9;<li>Support the installation techs by providing assistance with material or other needs

&#9;<li>Follow rules given by plant representatives
&#9;<li>Per Diem included
&#9;<li>TWIC card is a PLUS

<strong>Days: </strong>Plant Schedule days (will work Saturdays and or Sundays if needed<br>
