ProSource People is Hiring – Production Finishing AssociateLocation: Houston, TX (University of Houston / Downtown Area)
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Production Finishing Associate for a manufacturing company located in the University of Houston/Downtown area. This position is ideal for individuals who have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality finished products. The selected candidate will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and preparing plastic product packs while maintaining production standards and quality expectations.Job Responsibilities· Paint plastic packs according to company specifications· Fill cracks, imperfections, and defects in products prior to finishing· Inspect products for quality and accuracy· Maintain a clean and organized work area· Follow production schedules and quality standards· Assist with additional production duties as assigned· Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentRequirements· Strong attention to detail· Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.· Ability to work 10-hour shifts consistently· Must be available to work Monday through Saturday· Ability to perform repetitive production tasks· Dependable attendance and reliable transportation· Strong work ethic and positive attitude· Ability to work effectively in a team environmentAdditional Information· Full-time position with consistent hours· Manufacturing and production environment· Opportunity for long-term employment· Fast-paced team-oriented workplace· Overtime and extended work schedules may be required based on production demandsImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under applicable workplace safety guidelines. Candidates must be able to safely perform all essential job functions and comply with company safety policies.
