Welder - Industrial / Plant

Job Description
- Weld on anything that needs to be welded, as instructed
- Operate rigging equipment when needed to lift/place heavy machinery such as welding machine & parts
- Welding on pipe mostly, and plate
- Work all over the plant in various areas
- Work safely from heights, and on the ground
- The ideal candidate will be a multi-disciplined and flexible employee willing to do what is necessary to safely get the job done
- 3-5 years’ welding experience
- Working in confined spaces, when necessary
- Knowledge and ability of welding machine to set up and proper operation
- Experience with various types of welding, mig, tig, stick required
- Read diagrams and schematic drawings
- Experience working inside a manufacturing plant is a preferred
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm-ish (may work past 4:00 pm)
