Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures for inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe workplace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
