ProSource People is Hiring – Warehouse WorkerLocation: Houston, TX 77036
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Warehouse Worker for a facility in the Houston 77036 area. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing inventory through unpacking, scanning, and proper storage of merchandise. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.Job ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Processing
  • Unpack incoming shipments and boxes
  • Scan items using a handheld scanner or barcode system
  • Identify and report damaged or missing items
Inventory Management
  • Place items in designated storage locations
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
Equipment Operation
  • Operate a pallet jack to move materials (training provided)
  • Transport items to appropriate warehouse locations
  • Load and unload pallets safely
General Duties
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Meet daily productivity standards
  • No cell phone use during working hours
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
RequirementsPhysical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Skills & Experience
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Training provided for pallet jack operation
