Job Title: Senior Shipping Clerk/Planner

We're seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk/Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive shipping experience and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and manage logistics from order to delivery
- Liaise with sales team and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Schedule and arrange transportation with delivery companies
- Track orders throughout the shipping process
- Organize and optimize shipping schedules and routes
- Supervise shipping department once fully trained
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics, with emphasis on planning
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office suite
- Supervisory experience in a shipping environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
