Valve company in the 77029--area is looking to add a Sales Administrator to the team.  

Company Overview They provide critical severe service solutions that our customers can rely on, with a steadfast commitment to quality and safety. Quality is the cornerstone of our severe service metal-seated ball valves, and our reputation is built on delivering exceptional performance. We design and engineer each valve to exceed industry standards, ensuring the highest level of reliability. Job Brief We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist our operation with a variety of tasks tailored to our company's requirements. Key responsibilities include entering Bill of Materials into the operating system, issuing Pick Tickets, generating shipping labels, and maintaining a well-organized and tidy workspace. Additionally, this role involves problem solving, handling miscellaneous filing, and providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of valve manufacturing and supply chain procedures is highly advantageous.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities • Organize and enter Bills of Materials into the operating system.
• Created and load Secondary Processes onto the Bill of Materials.
• Generate and Dispatch Pick Tickets for the Warehouse.
• Schedule shipments, print labels, and invoice outgoing orders.
• Update internal databases (Epicor Prophet21 and SharePoint) with important order details.
• Cross-Train with Purchasing Administrator duties.
• Assist with document filing processes.
• Answer calls directed to the main office line. Requirements and Skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage several orders simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.
