Rental Coordinator - Nederland, Tx. (Temporary)

Job Description
- Provide customers with support throughout the entire rental process, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with determining customer needs, quotes for requested services, and with preparing approved rental agreements
- Maintain records and files
- Coordinate billing process
- Work with other departments as needed
- Must have past office experience (4 years minimum)
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Main program used is "Rental Man"
- Good working experience with "Excel" is required
- Other duties as needed and requested
- Assignment is scheduled to be at least 3 months which includes 1 month for training
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
