Job Description
Manufacturing Company near University of Houston looking to add a Manual Machinist to the team.
- Shift: 6:30am to 3:00 pm, Overtime as needed
- Some tools provided but own tools needed as well
- Required Strong Proficiency in use of a Manual Lathe
- Required Strong Proficiency in Manual Milling
- Experience using a Surface Grinder
- Experience on a Haas CNC is a plus but not required
- Ability to Read blueprints
- Ability to machine parts from sample parts
- Ability to draw up blueprints
- Required Strong proficiency in use of calipers, micrometers, dial indicators for measurement of parts
- Required Machining experience in small parts: plastics and various metals including tool steel, copper, brass cr steel
- Moldmaking experience a plus
