Industrial repair company in Pearland is looking to add a Manual Machinist to the team.
A manual machinist is responsible for:
The duties of a manual machinist include:
Monday through Friday (must be able to work weekends)
6am until ... (must be able to work overtime)
A manual machinist is responsible for:
- operating and maintaining a variety of industrial machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to create precision parts and components.
- They must be able to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
The duties of a manual machinist include:
- setting up, operating, and inspecting equipment, calculating dimensions and tolerances, and working with precise measurements and deadlines.
- They also specialize in developing tools and components through machinery.
- Must perform research and analysis, understand blueprints and schematics, identify the client or project’s needs, develop prototypes and test structures, and subject products into various quality assurance procedures.
