Maintenance Helper

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance techs by shadowing them and handling some of the duties that may not be as technical as others
- Be available to the maintenance team when needed
- Install or change our ceiling tiles
- Shadow vendors when visiting for repairs or other reasons
- Look up parts in computer system, pull parts, deliver parts to maintenance techs as needed
- Must know basic hand tools and how to use them
- Ability to read a tape measurer to the 16th of an inch
- Will access the roof of the facility for various reasons - cannot be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work inside & outside of the facility
- Provide all around support to the maintenance technician team
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (could stay and work past normal stop time)
