Logistics Accounting Clerk

Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years work experience in accounting preferably in international transportation (Truck Transportation)
- MUST Have an understanding of how the workflow process for a logistic terminal works
- Good analytical skills and ability to take on own initiatives to further develop the role and processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Excellent computer skills, SAP and Excel are a must
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, such as trial balances and financial statements.
- Provide support for periodic financial audits and internal reviews.
- Process and verify invoices for payment.
- Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure proper approvals before processing.
