- Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce absorbent pads and related products
- Monitor production processes and machine performance
- Read and record temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other gauge readings
- Document readings manually or through computer systems
- Maintain production records accurately
- Use basic math skills and calculators to perform production-related calculations
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining machine efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read gauges related to temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Clear and effective communication skills in English required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
- Secondary education or technical training is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Days: Monday through Thursday
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- Two 15-minute breaks
- Four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts
