Job Description

Job Summary:
The Cryogenic Trailer Service Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of cryogenic trailers and associated equipment. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing high-quality service to meet the needs of customers in the gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of cryogenic trailer technicians and service personnel.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
Maintenance & Repairs:
  • Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs of cryogenic trailers.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and service needs.
Safety & Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations related to cryogenic trailer operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT and OSHA requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Customer Service:
  • Interface with customers to address service requests, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Prepare reports on service performance, maintenance activities, and equipment status.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Several years of experience in cryogenic equipment service and maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cryogenic systems, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Days: Monday through Friday (could work Saturday)
Hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (hours could vary slightly)
