Assistant Project Manager

Job Description
An established construction company located in La Porte Texas is looking for a Temporary to Hire Assistant Project Manager that can handle day to day receptionist duties, keep project documents in order both electronically along with hard copies, and provide general administrative assistant support.
- At least 3 years of somewhat similar experience
- Construction office experience would be a PLUS
- Computer skills: Microsoft applications experience: Word, etc.
- Send and receive emails
- Receptionist duties: answer phones, greet and meet visitors, keep the area clean and tidy, direct calls to the appropriate person
- Data Entry
- Customer Service – strong ability
- Learn drawings – or already know drawings
- Submittals
- Bids – build, work up, edit, distribute
- File folder maintenance and upkeep
- Must be organized
- A strong attention to detail
Hours:Â 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Days:Â Monday through Friday
