Annual Maintenance Helper - Temporary

Job Description
- Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, and other items inside the plant.
- Use a "Lance" and high-pressure water in order to remove rust, corrosion and other potential blockages from their large chiller and boiler tubes.
- Brush tubes & tube bundles.
- Change large filters on some of the stationary equipment such as condenser, and other air moving stationary equipment.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on other pieces of equipment where needed.
- Must have knowledge of hand tools, how to identify them, and how to use them.
- Assist maintenance team when needed.
- Must be dependable
- Commit to the temporary assignment for the duration
- Assist with General Labor duties as needed
- Other various duties when and where needed
- A strong mechanical aptitude
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
