A/P & A/R Administrative Clerk

Job Description
Must have experience with the following
Communication skills: The ability to collaborate with customers, vendors, other employees and reporting manager.
Customer service: The ability to communicate with customers, follow certain customers' billing requirements and the ability to resolve issues.
Management: The ability to work independently with little supervision.
Accuracy: The ability to avoid inaccuracies in data that can lead to incorrect payments.
Attention to detail: The ability to avoid and identify mistakes that can have costly consequences.
Other skills that would be important for this position/role include; Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and familiarity with purchase order processes.
- A/P an A/R operations
- Experience with Excel
- Some working knowledge of Bookkeeping
- Be familiar working with Cloud Based Storage
- Scanning
- Filing
- Outlook
Requirements/Education:
- High School Diploma (Graduate) or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Must have the ability to solve issues as they arise
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
