            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Job Purpose:</strong> The Maintenance Electrician / I&E will provide leadership, technical execution, expertise and support for the production of Stationary Catalysts. Areas of responsibility include Work Order execution, troubleshooting, team collaboration, and where required assisting other Maintenance personnel that perform work in the facility. Also, assist maintenance with capital projects that may include process development, process optimization, and new Equipment installations.<br>

&#9;<li>Complete scheduled (and potentially unscheduled) work to ensure Plant production and the associated equipment are kept in a manner conducive to achieving site financial goals

&#9;<li>Facilitate and Train Maintenance staff in the execution of standard and company practices for maintaining new and existing equipment.
&#9;<li>Execute work instructions for reference and training to improve Maintenance efficiency and throughput&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Complete PM processes to improve Plant reliability, Uptime, and Work Order completion percentage.

<strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong><br>

<strong><em>Work Order Executing</em></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Complete assigned Work Orders through troubleshooting, installation, procedures, and team collaboration.
&#9;<li>Collaborate and seek ways to improve Maintenance personnel competence and skill development across the Plant. 
&#9;<li>Assisting the department in ensuring the facility is compliant with the 14 elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) including: Employee participation, Process safety information, process hazard analysis, operating procedures, training, contractors, pre-start up safety review, mechanical integrity, hot work permitting, management of change, incident investigation, emergency planning and response, compliance audits, trade secrets.
&#9;<li>Participate in as needed, Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Initial Start Ups, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Training of personnel and other requirements to keep the plant PSM and OSHA compliant.

            <description><![CDATA[Position Title: Stator Technician - Operator I&nbsp;<br />

<strong>&nbsp;OVERVIEW: </strong>Responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment related to the production of stators including but not limited to: metal preparation (blasting), adhesive application, assembly of stator tooling, rubber injection, breakdown area, rubber cutback and straightener.<br />
<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong> Major Responsibilities &bull; Position requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time &bull; Records data and related paperwork for assigned area. &bull; Ensures that product output meets established quality policy. &bull; Ensures established productivity standards are obtained. &bull; Responsible for observing all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety practices ensuring all machine guards and other safety equipment or devices are in place and in good working order before and during operation. &bull; Insure all personal protection equipment is always monitored and used &bull; Flexible with work schedule âdays, nights, weekends, holidays, possible up to 12 hour shifts 7 days a week. &bull; The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. &bull; Any other duties of a similar or lesser nature as required.<br />
<strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong> Education &bull; High School Diploma or G.E.D.; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience &bull; Able to perform a variety of tasks &bull; Must have a safety and quality mindset. &bull; Experience with operation of forklift and overhead cranes. &bull; Ability to efficiently manage time, and organize &bull; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. &bull; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. &bull; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. &bull; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. &bull; Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers and maintain confidentiality as appropriate Skills &bull; Organizational skills &bull; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written &bull; Good communication and math skills &bull; Computer skills should include familiarity with MS Office software including Word and Excel &bull; Strong communication skills, oral and written<br />

            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Position Summary:</strong> The goal of this position is to support the packaging lines by taking bulk liquids, powders, and granules, and packaging them into smaller quantities for distribution.<br>

<strong>Job Description:</strong>

&#9;<li>This position will require working with your hands, bending, lifting, twisting, moving material, breaking down boxes, working as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
&#9;<li>The working environment is not climate controlled. There are fans located in the warehouses and the production area is well ventilated, but it can get warm in the summer and cool in the winter.
&#9;<li>Work on your feet for most of the shift, assisting on the production lines, walking from line to line helping different departments that need support, and moving around the facility.
&#9;<li>Must have the ability to work with and get along with others while in a work setting.
&#9;<li>Must wear the required PPE which includes safety glasses and steel toe boots.
&#9;<li>Being on time every day is especially important. Since this is a production-based organization, every employee on the production line is a valuable part of the overall operation and is counted on to be there every day and on time.
&#9;<li>You will clock in and out on this assignment. Your time clock information will be related to your weekly pay, and it is especially important to punch in and out on every shift.
&#9;<li>When running late for any reason or if you are unable to make it in for your shift, you will be responsible for contacting your ProSource Staffing office and your Shift Supervisor to let them know of your situation. Communication is important.
